Gulland Padfield is pleased to announce that two new Consultants are joining the firm’s London consulting practice, which advises the management teams of leading professional practices.
Harriet Creamer and Gina Jennings who founded the specialist consulting firm, Outer Circle, are joining Gulland Padfield to work with leading practices and law firms in three areas: (i) improving their operational performance and profit margins through better management of knowledge assets (ii) launching new service lines and growing business through enhanced practice management and knowledge deployment and (iii) realising the operational and knowledge synergies in post-merger integration.
Speaking about the announcement, James Edsberg said, “We’re all delighted to welcome Harriet and Gina as colleagues. They bring experience of having worked with senior management teams of some of the world’s leading professional firms. Our clients will find their insights and advice exceptionally valuable as they look for guidance and ideas on how to manage their business more efficiently by leveraging knowledge for the benefit of clients. This is a vital aspect of our work with professional firms as they aim to deliver world class client service and advice. Above all, Harriet and Gina’s background in management roles themselves means that they know what works from a practical perspective and how to achieve internal buy-in.”
Speaking about joining the announcement Gina Jennings said, “We are delighted to be combining our approach at Outer Circle with the award-winning teams at Gulland Padfield. We see tremendous synergies between our expertise in the professional services sector – particularly in the legal market and around service delivery – and the work Gulland Padfield does to implement best practice in Client Strategy. Our teams have, between them, worked with most of the world’s Top 50 law firms - and that means we have a unique perspective to help others make informed choices about what to prioritise and where to invest time and energy to deliver excellent client service.”
Harriet Creamer, formerly a partner at international law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Derringer and Head of Knowledge Management at the firm, said, ‘We have known of Gulland Padfield’s work and excellent reputation in the sector for many years and have been working closely with them since April this year through Outer Circle, the specialist professional services consultancy Gina and I founded in 2008. We’re delighted to have formalised this relationship and to have combined our capabilities in a way that is going to help both firm’s clients.”
