Created to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across a range of industry sectors and disciplines, the Customer Experience Awards showcase best practice among organisations, their talented teams and individuals within those organisations.
BLM’s collaboration with Gulland Padfield has been shortlisted for the Insight and Feedback category. All finalists will present their entry to a team of judges on 23 September and the winners will be announced shortly thereafter.
Mike Brown, BLM senior partner, said: “‘We launched our Customer Insight programme to assist us in gaining an independent view of what our customers really think of us, with the aim of building a better understanding of their perceptions of the firm, and their needs and requirements for now and in the future. I am thrilled that our collaboration with Gulland Padfield has been recognised by these industry leading awards.”
Henry Weston-Davies, Partner at Gulland Padfield said “BLM are an organisation which is absolutely committed to aligning its service experience around the changing needs of its customers.
